Trac, will you send me your spritz cookie dough recipe? I bought one of those cookie presses without realizing that you can't use "pre-frozen" dough..:( - because well I can't bake and don't have much time I thought that would cut corners, but now I have a press with fun designs and want to make some for my co-workers in holiday colors...but have no idea what "spritz" cookies consist of. you are my baking guru, so please enlighten me. ;)
